We are selecting a limited number of qualified candidates for the Farmers Insurance Agent in Training Program. This hands‑on mentorship program provides paid training, licensing, and daily warm leads while you learn directly from a top‑ranked Farmers agent. You will gain full exposure to insurance sales, marketing, recruiting, and business operations.

$120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Annual Base Salary + Commission

Requirements:
Motivated, competitive, and goal‑driven
Background in sales, recruiting, customer service, or management preferred
Strong communication and leadership potential
Proficient with CRM systems
Must obtain state insurance licensing (paid by us)
Experienced insurance Sales Producers with a proven track record of sales, will have the option to work from home after training.
Responsibilities:
Sell auto, home, life, specialty and business insurance.
Manage warm leads and client relationships
Learn recruiting, marketing, and business operations
Train under an experienced mentor agent
