Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Covington, GA. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding service to clients by addressing inquiries, handling requests, and resolving concerns promptly and professionally. Day-to-day tasks include answering phone calls, assisting customers in the showroom, maintaining product knowledge to recommend solutions, and liaising with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications
Experience in Customer Service and Customer Support to assist and resolve inquiries effectively. Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and deliver a positive Customer Experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport with clients. Organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work in an on-site team environment and maintain a professional demeanor. Familiarity with masonry or construction materials is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are advantageous.
