As a Digital Growth & Personalization Manager at Okta, you will design and manage a quarterly roadmap for high-impact personalization using Experience Targeting and Automated Personalization. You will implement scalable automation workflows with Adobe Target’s AI/ML to serve optimal experiences dynamically. Additionally, you will partner cross-functionally to build audiences based on firmographics and behavior, then analyze experiments for segment-specific performance insights.
