Your Role As a Customer Service Representative, you\u2019ll be the bridge between our cutting-edge technology and top-notch customer service. You\u2019ll be supporting customer needs with your expert communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders, quotes, and change notices for glass orders
Provide excellent customer service, answering calls and emails with speed and courtesy
Track orders and manage special product or order requests in partnership with operations and sales teams
Perform general office duties
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with glass fabrication processes (cutting, grinding, shaping)
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
2+ years in a customer service role
(glass industry experience is a plus but not required)
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Proficient in basic math and computer skills, including Microsoft Office
A team player mindset with a passion for success
