Location: San Antonio, TX 78229. On-site for the first 90 days; pockets of remote work during training. Shift: Afternoon–Evening Shifts (e.g., 12 PM–9 PM). Must be available for weekends, holidays, and high-volume TV events. Job Type & Duration: Contract-to-Hire | 90 Days Contract Period. Work Environment is On-site (with limited remote days during training).
Responsibilities
Provide solutions to viewers via phone and chat for account, billing, and content inquiries.
Guide viewers through basic troubleshooting to ensure seamless streaming experiences.
Offer personalized product recommendations across the Disney streaming family.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED (required).
At least 1 year of customer service experience; call center experience strongly preferred.
Strong communication skills and comfort using multiple digital systems and tools.
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced support environment.
Familiarity with streaming devices and digital platforms is a plus.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
