Parts Counter Person . As a member of our team, you will use your strong interpersonal skills to provide service and support to your customers as needed, which may include coordinating with other departments. What We Offer

Handle parts order requests via telephone, e-mail or in-person. Advise customers on related parts. Follow up on backordered parts and contact customers with status. Ensure that inventory control practices are followed. Communicate with Parts Manager on inventory issues. Provide solutions for the needs of our customers. Assist with other projects as needed. Job Requirements / Qualifications

Experience in the automotive repair industry in relation to Collision and Mechanical Repairs. Reynolds & Reynolds experience as well as Mazda or Gm experience, preferred Customer Service skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance at all times.
