The New Colleague Training (NCT) program is a paid, interactive, fun program that gives you support, coaching and guidance from your Training Manager and daily virtual classroom connections. After graduation you have the option and flexibility to work from home or in a hybrid model.

What you’ll be doing As an Executive Recruiter you will manage both sides of the desk, helping your clients and candidates thrive. You will execute the full life‑cycle of direct‑hire recruiting for top‑tier, mid‑ to senior‑level professional direct‑hire job orders for a variety of clients. You will use a sense of urgency to focus on existing clients, identify new ones, interview candidates, and match them with their dream organizations and careers. You will collaborate with clients and candidates to build strong relationships and deliver results.

About you

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or five (5) years of professional work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

High level of adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities.

Compensation The anticipated salary for this position is $50,000 – $70,000 unless outlined below. In addition to base salary, the position is also eligible for incentive compensation based on achievements outlined in the compensation plan.

California – $70,304

Colorado – $57,783.96–$70,000

New York City, Long Island, and Westchester Counties – $66,300–$70,000

New York – All Other Locations – $62,353.20–$70,000

Washington – $80,168.40

Benefits Benefit offerings for full‑time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401(k) plan or a non‑qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 paid holidays, 1 community service day, and up to 6 weeks of paid parental leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
