This individual has substantial experience in the creative industry, adept across various media—from interactive campaigns to digital content and branding efforts. They have worked with a diverse range of clients, showcasing versatility in tone and style, while consistently ensuring exceptional results. This role requires a confident individual contributor who can step into a leadership role when necessary and values collaboration to develop the best concepts and solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a robust portfolio of published creative work and professional writing experience, thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects concurrently. Above all, this candidate is a strong writer capable of easily adapting to different styles.
The work:
Craft engaging and innovative copy for diverse platforms and lengths, from major campaigns and TV spots to long-form content and social media ads.
Exhibit outstanding oral and written communication skills.
Show exceptional presentation abilities; comfortable presenting and defending concepts and copy in both internal and client-facing meetings.
Consistently deliver assignments on time while upholding Accenture Song's quality standards.
Demonstrate proficiency in adhering to copy style guidelines.
Understand and appreciate the significance of strategy in creative endeavors.
Manage multiple clients and deliverables simultaneously with a keen eye on craft and detail.
Oversee all facets of production and post-production with minimal supervision.
Lead projects and develop disruptive ideas with minimal oversight.
Guide and mentor junior copywriters, ensuring Accenture Song's quality standards in all deliverables.
Basic Qualifications:
At least 4 years of copywriting experience in either B2B or B2C contexts.
Minimum of 2 years of agency or equivalent experience in the creative industry, with a focus on all media types, including digital, social, film, long-form content, and print.
Portfolio or samples of work showcasing smart, strategic, disruptive, and brand-building concepts and executions across multiple platforms.
Bonus points if you have:
A Bachelor's degree in creative writing, journalism, advertising, marketing, or English.
Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
A clear perspective on AI's role in the future of advertising.
Natural storytelling abilities.
A collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in multidisciplinary teams.
Expertise in strategic brainstorming and campaign development.
Experience utilizing GenAI as part of your workflow.
Experience working with clients in the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology (CMT) industries.
Experience in scaled AOR engagements.
A portfolio that includes award-winning, industry-acclaimed work for craft and creativity.
Fluency in current social media platforms and trends.
Compensation at Accenture varies based on a variety of factors, which may include, but are not limited to, office location, role, skill set, and experience level. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable compensation range for roles. We accept applications on an ongoing basis.
