Programs and Fundraising

teams by helping shape and execute digital marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and strengthen relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners. This department offers a range of opportunities, from

credit-based internships

to

experienced volunteer roles . Position level will be determined based on experience and qualifications during the interview process. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain professional relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners Develop and execute outreach and campaign strategies that reflect a consistent brand voice Manage day-to-day digital and traditional marketing projects, including strategy, analytics, and logistics Oversee timelines for email appeals, campaigns, activations, and ongoing optimizations (e.g., donor pages, homepage updates, confirmations) Ensure organizational messaging and brand identity remain consistent across all marketing channels Monitor trends in the nonprofit and digital marketing space and share insights to inform strategy Brainstorm creative and innovative ways to engage stakeholders and prospective supporters Qualifications 1–2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Creative approach to engaging mainstream media and social platforms Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently or collaboratively Professional, flexible, and detail-oriented, with strong time-management skills Internship Information Internships are unpaid and for academic credit only Applicants must be actively receiving college credit to be eligible for an internship role Additional Information Minimum
