Base pay range: $28,500 – $56,000 per year.
Responsibilities
Successfully complete the New Agent Launch program.
Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in touring properties.
Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to help clarify or adjust clients’ home search preferences.
Draft and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients.
Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation efforts.
Engage in weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team guidelines.
Actively participate in team meetings and events as required.
Commit to weekly one‑on‑one coaching, ongoing training sessions, and Partner Calls.
Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using the team’s technology systems.
Qualifications
People‑oriented with a positive, happy attitude.
Ability to spend significant time driving in your car.
Skill in analyzing clients’ needs and matching them to homes.
Learning‑based mindset with ambition to succeed.
High school graduate.
Real estate license.
