Join the team at Hilton Atlanta and Towers as a Group Reservations Specialist! Hilton Atlanta and Towers, featuring 1249 rooms and over 130,000 sq ft of event space, is conveniently located downtown, near I-75, and connected via skywalk to Peachtree Center and MARTA, linking to ATL airport. You will be part of a dedicated team that reports to the Reservations Manager. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in front office and/or reservations within the hospitality industry, along with 2 years of customer service experience and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Shift Pattern:

As a Group Reservations Specialist, you will collaborate with sales, revenue, and front office departments to deliver outstanding guest service while ensuring financial profitability. Your key responsibilities will include: Processing group reservation details, including rooming lists, suites, resumes, and billing requirements Communicating and verifying information with Meeting Planners, Housing Bureaus, Meetings and Conventions, and the Front Office Handling reservation request calls and assisting internal and external customers Coordinating and implementing departmental activities and projects Providing clerical support and assistance to management for special projects as needed What Are We Looking For?
