Principal Associate, Product Content Designer

Content Design Expertise:
Create compelling and accessible digital content experiences using strong writing and user experience design skills. Develop artifacts like content audits, guidelines, and microcopy for various platforms including websites and user interfaces. Human-Centered Approach:
Advocate for the customer by incorporating research insights, data, and feedback into the design process. Business Orientation:
Collaborate with team members and partners to understand business goals and customer needs, facilitating a harmonious design process. Problem Solving:
Use knowledge of technology and data capabilities to inform your work, identify opportunities, and navigate technical challenges. Collaboration:
Build and maintain relationships across teams, listening to diverse perspectives and promoting a collaborative work environment. Effective Communication:
Present your work to varied audiences by integrating design frameworks and insights that articulate your design decisions clearly. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design process and the impact of their work. Basic Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in content design, content strategy, or UX writing. At least 3 years of experience with established design systems. Preferred Qualifications: At least 4 years of experience in content design or related fields. Experience collaborating with product, tech, and business teams. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma. Experience in regulated, data-driven environments. Locations offering this role include McLean, VA; Richmond, VA; New York, NY; and San Francisco, CA. Salary ranges are as follows: McLean, VA: $131,300 - $149,800 Richmond, VA: $119,400 - $136,200 New York, NY: $143,200 - $163,500 San Francisco, CA: $143,200 - $163,500 This position is eligible for performance-based compensation, including bonuses.
