Job Summary:
CDM Smith is seeking a dynamic Senior Human Resources Strategist to join our Technical Services Unit (TSU), focusing on HR support for the Water Services Group. In this pivotal role, you will partner with business leaders and the Human Resources Manager to deliver strategic HR leadership that aligns with our corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert HR guidance to managers and employees across various divisions, ensuring integration with enterprise-level HR strategies, policies, and programs.
Oversee a comprehensive range of HR functions including recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, development, and performance management.
Identify emerging HR trends and collaborate with leadership to enhance workforce planning, talent identification, and succession planning initiatives.
Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues, addressing conflicts, disciplinary actions, and discrimination matters while ensuring compliance with legal standards.
Partner with HR teams to tackle organizational challenges and propose innovative solutions that improve departmental effectiveness.
Advise on performance feedback strategies aimed at fostering employee growth and development.
Lead and contribute to HR initiatives and projects that promote organizational effectiveness.
Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to support HR and organizational success.

This position is available for a hybrid work arrangement in the United States, with in-office responsibilities at specified locations. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. A minimum of 5 years of related experience; equivalent direct experience may substitute for a degree. Preferred Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or Generalist, preferably within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. Salary Range:
