- Process transactions, documentation, and member requests efficiently and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with different departments to solve member challenges and improve overall service delivery.
- Gather member feedback and provide insights for service improvement initiatives.
- Assist in onboarding new members, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or member service role is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and basic computer applications.
