About The Role:
Join CBRE's dynamic Americas Consulting team as a Senior Consultant focused on Organizational Design & Transformation. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic advisor with deep expertise in organizational design, process governance, and enterprise transformation, especially in the corporate real estate (CRE) sector.
In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and delivering client-centric solutions for impactful projects. Collaborate with Fortune 500 clients and CRE leaders, guiding transformations that refine structures, processes, and operating models. This position combines top-tier consulting rigor with hands-on knowledge of real estate operations.
What You'll Do:
Lead organizational design and operating model projects, conducting functional assessments, structure design, spans & layers analysis, and workforce modeling.
Undertake comprehensive process analysis, mapping, and improvement initiatives, including the design and implementation of governance frameworks.
Develop and implement actionable change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new processes and technologies.
Leverage CBRE and external datasets to create comparative insights; summarize findings into benchmarking reports to inform client decisions.
Facilitate stakeholder interviews, and conduct workshops and working sessions with executives and cross-functional teams.
Create client-ready deliverables, such as current and future state process maps, organization charters, governance tools, playbooks, and implementation roadmaps.
Analyze data from surveys and interviews to generate data-supported insights and recommendations.
Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring high standards of execution across multiple clients and projects.
Collaborate with various consulting practices to deliver coordinated and effective solutions.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 5-8 years of relevant experience in management consulting or enterprise transformation, including 3+ years in organizational design or governance. An advanced degree (MBA, MSOD, MPA, etc.) is strongly preferred.
Experience in corporate real estate (occupier-side) or consulting to CRE/FM/Workplace/Shared Services.
Background with top consulting firms or in-house roles at large organizations.
Familiarity with process mapping.
Preferred certifications: Prosci, Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), PMP/PRINCE2, CoreNet MCR/SLCR, SHRM-SCP.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio).
Strong analytical and storytelling abilities with excellent partner influencing skills.
Proven experience facilitating workshops and working groups.
High emotional intelligence with a collaborative leadership approach.
Structured problem-solver with both analytical rigor and creativity.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity, with a drive for clarity and successful outcomes.
