The Post Oak Hotel is seeking a
Luxury Retail Sales Associate
to join the only Forbes Five-Star Hotel in Texas. We hire passionate and professional colleagues who genuinely delight our guests through curated and authentic experiences. The Luxury Retail Sales Associate will be responsible to provide a great guest experience through completing sales of luxury apparel.
Responsibilities
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly individual sales goals, thus contributing to the store goal by developing and enhancing the business
Provide a personalized guest experience while demonstrating excellent product knowledge
Uphold visual standards and contribute to the daily operations of the store. Maintain a neat and organized stockroom and understock space
Capture meaningful guest data for the purposes of following up with the guest, retaining the relationship, and personalizing future guest opportunities
Utilize guest data weekly to create shopping appointments and to send invites to guests for any in-store events
Maintain security standards for the store and hotel to ensure the safety of guests, colleagues, and merchandise
Qualifications

2-4 years of luxury retail experience
Knowledge of other languages an asset
High school diploma required
Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required
Physical demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and prolonged extended periods of standing
