Licensed Sales Consultants' base pay: $41,600-$62,400 / year* plus commission

*Average first-year earnings range from $41K-$75K through a combination of base pay and generous commission. Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to $110,000+ / year

What You Will Do:

Candidates must hold an active 2-20 Resident General Lines license to qualify for this position.

The Bilingual Sales Consultant is an inside sales role with a focus on building a book of business by quoting and binding policies, closing new sales opportunities through inbound leads, cross-selling, generating customer referrals, and following through on other warm lead sources. The Sales Consultant will sell new business by building relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and offering a customized insurance solution from our portfolio of 100+ carriers.

Requirements for this role include an upbeat attitude, proficiency in multitasking, strong follow-through, and excellent communication skills. We value teamwork and seek individuals who can collaborate effectively with their colleagues.

Key Attributes:

Active 2-20 Resident General Lines (Property, Casualty, Surety, Marine, Health and Miscellaneous Lines) license

Fluency in Spanish is required

High school or equivalent

2+ years of experience with Property & Casualty products (particularly Personal Lines in auto and homeowners insurance)

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work well independently and on a team

Precise verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to deliver a tailored, white-glove experience to all clients

Preferred Attributes:

Experience with Applied Systems platforms, such as TAM and Epic, or AMS360

Bachelor’s Degree or 1+ year(s) of relevant sales experience

Qualifications Licenses & Certifications Required Dept of Insurance License
