Your role and responsibilities
- Lead and implement complex SAP EAM/PM projects specifically in the utilities sector.
Provide expert configuration and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA EAM, Asset Intelligence Network (AIN), Asset Strategy & Performance Management (ASPM), and SAP Work Manager/Fiori.
Develop and execute strategies, roadmaps, and business cases for comprehensive SAP transformations.
Facilitate workshops and engage with clients, adeptly influencing C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
Manage cross-functional teams distributed across various locations (both onshore and offshore), ensuring effective communication, alignment, and timely delivery.
Train and mentor technical and business teams in SAP functionality and configuration.
Ensure SAP solutions align with industry best practices while fulfilling client requirements.
Monitor outcomes, track KPIs, and report progress and benefits of SAP initiatives.
Address complex troubleshooting issues and provide strategic and technical support during implementation.
Balance hands-on execution with strategic oversight to guarantee high-quality and efficient project delivery.
This position can be performed from anywhere in the US. Required technical and professional expertise - 10+ years of experience in SAP consulting, with a minimum of 6 years specializing in SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance. In-depth knowledge of the utilities industry.
Proficient hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA EAM, Asset Intelligence Network, Asset Strategy & Performance Management, and SAP Work Manager/Fiori.
Demonstrated success in leading large-scale SAP transformations, including the development of business cases and roadmap implementation.
Exceptional client-facing abilities with a knack for influencing C-suite and senior stakeholders.
Strong leadership capabilities in managing cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore environments.
Preferred technical and professional experience - A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred. Leadership and team development skills.
Experience in business development activities.
