A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Curtainwall Consultant where your expertise will drive the design, engineering, and implementation of high-performance curtain wall systems at their Bay Area or Orange County, CA location. You’ll play a key role in delivering innovative, customized solutions that enhance building aesthetics and meet stringent industry standards.
Your Day Includes
Leading the design and technical development of custom curtain wall systems.
Ensuring project compliance with NFRC, ICC, and other relevant codes for structural and thermal performance
Conducting site assessments, overseeing installation details, and providing on-site support as needed to ensure precision and quality
Collaborating with architects, contractors, and internal teams to translate project requirements into technical specifications
Conducting AIA-certified educational seminars and staying current on curtain wall innovations and best practices
Must Haves
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
10+ years of focused experience in curtain wall design and consulting
In-depth knowledge of curtain wall systems, NFRC/ICC compliance, and strong project management skills
