
Inside Sales Representative (Sales)
Fox Pest Control is currently looking for highly motivated individuals to answer sales leads and call outbound customers. NO COLD CALLING!

This role is designed to set you up for success from day one. All new hires complete a paid, two-week training program where you'll learn about our software systems, sales tools, and the services we offer. Training is hands-on — you won't just be watching; you'll be practicing real conversations, making calls, and having actual sales opportunities while being coached by experienced leaders.
After training, you'll be placed on a dedicated sales team with ongoing support from coaches and mentors who help you improve, hit your goals, and grow in your career. This is a fast-paced, performance‑driven environment built around teamwork, accountability, and earning potential.
Typical work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities Inside Sales Professionals assist new and existing customers to commit to protecting their home investments. Inbound calls come from new and existing customers, and outbound calls go to existing customers, so there is no need to "cold call! ” You will answer customer questions and close the sale, including using product knowledge, receiving payment information, and scheduling the technician to service their home. Your team will meet daily to support each other in achieving individual sales goals by sharing strategies and procedures to improve your sales.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
1+ years of sales experience preferred
Value relationships and ethics in selling
Confidence in speaking over the phone with customers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with computers.
Salesforce and Microsoft experience preferred
Spanish fluency is a plus
