As an integral strategic partner and advisor to senior executive leadership in the role of
Director of HR Business Partnerships , you will enhance business performance by developing long-term talent strategies aligned with our objectives. Through a blend of business insight, data-driven analysis, and innovative thinking, you will address complex HR and business challenges, influencing key organizational decisions to cultivate a high-performing, engaged workforce. Relocation assistance is available. What you'll do: Develop proactive, innovative, and cost-effective HR strategies to meet business goals, offering tailored talent solutions to each functional area. Foster a culture of innovation and growth mindset by collaborating with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business priorities. Utilize business knowledge to inform and enhance talent offerings across the HR portfolio. Embrace a digital-first approach to increase competitiveness and agility, using data and industry perspectives to design strategic HR solutions. Lead complex organizational design initiatives and diagnose talent needs, developing tailored strategies. Manage broad, cross-functional initiatives that have significant organizational impact. Partner with business leaders and finance teams to align workforce planning with labor cost targets. Provide trusted advice and mentorship to senior leaders, acting as a catalyst for change. Guide HR Business Partners and advisors, drawing from diverse perspectives to create strategies and solutions. Collaborate with COE leaders to evaluate and enhance HR processes in response to evolving business needs. Continuously improve HR practices and influence outcomes that support business objectives. Drive people-related business results by offering insights into talent management and organizational challenges. Ensure compliance with risk and compliance policies while identifying and mitigating business activity risks. What you have: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (4 additional years) in lieu of degree. 8 years of relevant HR experience or business consulting focusing on strategic initiatives. 5 years leading talent solutions aligned with business goals in an HR Business Partner role. Proven ability to use data to tell impactful stories and influence senior leaders on complex issues. Experience designing long-term strategies and implementing meaningful change in a matrixed environment. Extensive knowledge of business strategy development as it relates to HR. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess situations holistically. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for building trust with senior leaders. What sets you apart: Significant HRBP experience in strategic talent initiatives within a large, complex organization, preferably in financial services, technology, or related industries. Proven track record of managing change and leading through large-scale transformations involving talent movement. Demonstrated success in influencing senior leaders and executives through data-driven insights. Compensation range:
