Join Brink's as an Enterprise Client Partner for Financial Institutions (ECP-FI) and cultivate long-lasting executive relationships with our largest financial institution clients. Act as a trusted advisor and collaborator to key decision-makers. Utilize your knowledge of Brink's solutions and the financial industry to develop innovative approaches tailored to customer needs. Your Responsibilities: Manage and enhance relationships with major financial institutions in the U.S. Identify and cultivate sales opportunities within an established portfolio of customers. Engage with clients to determine needs and conduct market research to uncover business opportunities. Develop account growth strategies and build pipelines while analyzing performance for customer insights. Build trust with customer decision-makers by providing tailored solutions for their cash management needs. Increase C-suite engagement within assigned clients by leveraging Brink's leadership and relationships. Utilize data and industry knowledge to deliver impactful presentations on Brink's value proposition. Negotiate and finalize deals across the solution portfolio. Collaborate with various teams (e.g., Customer Care, Operations, Marketing) to achieve objectives. Communicate market trends and competitive insights to Brink's Leadership. Perform other duties that drive growth, loyalty, innovation, and operational excellence. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience managing high-level relationships with large strategic national accounts, especially with financial institutions. Strong internal drive to exceed client expectations and demonstrate agility in overcoming obstacles. Robust business acumen with excellent communication skills and negotiation expertise. Experience in financial services, including retail commercial banking or direct sales roles covering financial institutions. Background in selling integrated product or service solutions and managing RFP processes. Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
