motivated Entry Level Construction Laborer
to join our growing team in Orem, Utah. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in construction and gain hands-on experience on active job sites. No prior construction experience is required — we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
Assist with general construction tasks on residential and/or commercial job sites
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
Perform site clean-up and maintain a safe, organized work environment
Support skilled tradespeople as needed
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
Use hand and power tools under supervision
Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Qualifications
No prior construction experience required
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs
Reliable transportation to job sites in and around Orem
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Punctual, dependable, and safety-minded
