Roving Leasing Associate
that is dedicated, personable, and passionate about helping people find their perfect homes.
Schedule:
Tuesday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm, Saturday 10:00am - 5:00pm
Location:
Seattle, Bothell, Sammamish, Enumclaw, Auburn, Puyallup, Olympia, Bremerton, Port Orchard
Responsibilities
Warmly welcome visitors and help match them with their ideal apartments.
Clearly explain community policies to prospective residents.
Engage with both prospective and current residents throughout the day, ensuring they are informed, supported, and satisfied.
Serve as an ambassador for the community by showcasing amenities and promoting a positive living experience.
Take pride in helping individuals find their new homes and contributing to a thriving residential community.
Demonstrate professionalism and excellence in every interaction.
What We Require
A minimum of two years sales experience, hospitality or property management background preferred.
Computer literacy
Valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
A high school diploma or equivalen
Proficiency in preparing Word documents and Excel spreadsheets in addition to property management software is preferable
Yardi Voyager software experience is highly desired.
Yieldstar
Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
Roving requires the ability to travel to all TPS properties.
