The HIV Sales Specialist is part of a nationwide sales team and drives customer engagement by identifying needs and delivering tailored solutions that support healthcare professionals with approved resources in a given territory. This role ensures effective execution of customer strategies while demonstrating professionalism, leadership, and mastery of core Field Sales competencies to achieve business impact.
You will:
Meet and/or exceed performance objectives in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key customers
Deliver specific presentations for the HIV product to appropriate health care professionals in both the clinic/office and hospital settings by utilizing approved messaging and resources
Effectively utilize and manage all approved resources to optimize customer engagement
Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of the following equivalent experience:
Professional sales experience
Experience in the healthcare/scientific field (including pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical devices)
Military Experience
5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven track record of success
Proven experience selling in an institutional setting and the ability to navigate throughout complex accounts
Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends
Must live within territory or within territory boundaries
Desired Requirements: 3+ years specialty sales experience, preferably in infectious or rare disease, immunology, or oncology
