Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person Handle administrative duties such as data entry, record keeping, and email correspondence Support internal teams with customer-related inquiries and service needs Troubleshoot basic service issues and escalate when necessary Work collaboratively with peers and other departments to resolve customer issues Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with clients and team members What Were Looking For:
Bilingual in English and Spanish required Previous experience in
retail, customer service, or administrative roles
is preferred Proficiency in using
computers, phones, and emails Strong communication and organizational skills Dependable, team-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stress professionally
