
Our Cartersville Client is seeking a professional Customer Service Representative for their thriving business.
Must have previous experience working in a professional office environment.
Ability to connect with customers either by phone or face to face.
Ability to process Sales Orders and upsell
Ability to verify accuracy of orders
Ability to answer phones
Ability to respond to customers
Ability to maintain customer information & update files
Ability to file paperwork and organize workflow to meet customer time frames
Ability to perform any other administrative tasks as requested by management.
Knowledge of CSR principles & practices knowledge of Oracle Netsuite software, Microsoft Office, Admin procedures required.
Must be willing and able to learn company products and gain knowledge of usage.
