Join FUJIFILM North America Corporation as the Senior Director for our Office Toner Business & Solutions. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Division President of Business Innovation, overseeing the management and growth of our Office Toner Devices and Solutions. Your focus will be on establishing a dynamic business structure and creating new revenue streams.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and structure an effective business organization within the Business Innovation Division to expand the Office Toner Devices business, collaborating with existing Sr. Executives and Japanese expats.
Create and implement comprehensive strategies for new Office Toner Devices, collaborating with Sales, Service, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams.
Plan and manage strategic and commercial activities for Office Toner Solutions and actively oversee the sales process within the U.S.
Engage with the dealer community and executive stakeholders to advocate for FUJIFILM Toner Office devices and solutions.
When needed, visit customer sites to negotiate important deals in collaboration with the VP of Sales.
Provide a well-defined sales development plan ensuring a collaborative sales process across teams.
Continuously monitor and enhance sales and marketing processes, ensuring efficiency in budgeting and infrastructure while providing valuable insights for sales strategies.
Build, educate, and manage a strong internal organization across sales, marketing, and service teams aligned with overarching strategies.
Collaborate with the VP of Sales and VP of Service to establish the pricing framework and sales deal components.
Resolve any post-installation challenges between dealers and clients.
Manage the marketing budget to maximize brand visibility with the VP of Marketing.
Facilitate collaboration between Channel Sales teams and Dealers to expand the business effectively.
Oversee SG&A for the business, ensuring profitability across the Office Toner Device Business, Solutions, and Services.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
A minimum of 10 years
of experience in office toner device equipment sales. Strong analytical and creative thinking skills. Exceptional project management and organizational abilities. Proven expertise in managing complex, cross-functional business issues. Excellent listening, comprehension, and communication skills. Self-starting, motivated individual. Ability to influence and persuade effectively. A collaborative team player capable of networking across the organization. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
