Director
leading the
Data Storage Innovation
initiatives for our cutting-edge AI Infrastructure platform. In this influential position, you will spearhead the exploration and integration of innovative distributed data storage services, shape the future of OCI's AI infrastructure, and collaborate with key customers and partners to prototype next-generation platform capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Build and lead a dynamic engineering team dedicated to rapid innovation.
Evaluate and experiment with emerging technologies in infrastructure to advance OCI's AI offerings.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to transform R&D insights into actionable strategies that elevate OCI's AI platform.
Initiate and manage joint innovation pilots with strategic customers and ecosystem partners.
Provide thought leadership on AI infrastructure trends and technologies to influence cross-functional stakeholders and OCI leadership.
Qualifications: Extensive experience leading technical innovation teams in Data Storage, Database, and Distributed Systems.
Proven record of successfully driving prototyping initiatives from concept to implementation in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to inspire and influence executive and cross-functional teams.
10+ years of experience in engineering or R&D, with significant leadership in infrastructure or systems architecture.

Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is $122,500 to $291,800, with eligibility for bonuses, equity, and compensation deferral.
