KPMG is currently seeking a Global Equity Manager to join our Global Mobility Services (GMS) practice.
Responsibilities:
Oversee client expectations and manage service delivery for corporate clients with international assignees, local hires, and cross-border employees.
Support internal risk management processes, including engagement letters and agreements with KPMG member firms.
Coordinate and lead regular client meetings.
Create and deliver approved presentations within KPMG and to selected external organizations.
Conduct analysis of global tax calculations related to payroll reporting and withholding on incentive compensation for international and cross-border employees.
Assist in the development and teaching of equity-based compensation courses for International Executive Services (IES) professionals.
Qualifications:
A minimum of five years of recent experience in expatriate tax, employer benefits strategies, or incentive compliance; preferred experience in areas such as total rewards and benefits, global compensation and equity taxation, employment tax compliance, and mergers and acquisitions advisory.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in accounting, finance, business, economics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Juris Doctor (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), Certified Equity Professional (CEP), or Enrolled Agent, among other qualifications recognized by KPMG; candidates must obtain at least one approved credential within one year of hire.
Prior public accounting experience advising clients on global incentive compensation issues.
Demonstrated experience in managing equity-based awards and incentive compensation administration, including tax technical and corporate compliance.
A strong ability to supervise and mentor staff.
