Digital Banking Service Specialist
to join our team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for a combination of the following:
Customer Concierge : Serving customers via telephone, live chat, or email as well as supporting Builtwell Bank's digital banking products Card Services : Processing customer requests regarding debit and credit cards and handling card disputes Wire Transfers : Processing incoming, outgoing and international wires ACH : Processing daily ACH files for customers as they are submitted Above all, offering exceptional service to both internal and external customers . Desired Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work independently, accurately and with attention to detail Strong time management skills and ability to meet daily deadlines Confident working knowledge of computers and software such as Microsoft, Excel, and Adobe Ability to communicate and interact with a variety of people both within the team and other departments Ability to handle and resolve recurring issues Excellent verbal and written communication skills Schedule: M-F 8:30 am-5:30 pm, Every 7 weeks F 8:30 am - 6:00 pm, Every 6 weeks Sat. 8:50 am - 12:10 pm (Full-time)
