Description Join our team as an Associate Director of Health Analytics and play a pivotal role in supporting employer clients’ benefit programs. You will lead the development and delivery of innovative health analytics projects, facilitating measurement strategy workshops and creating tailored dashboards. As a vital member of WTW's analytics team, you will contribute to developing next-gen products and solutions. The ideal candidate brings a wealth of experience in analyzing, visualizing, and delivering impactful analytics using healthcare, benefits, and HR data. You should have a solid understanding of the employee benefits ecosystem, strong project management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects with minimal oversight. Collaboration with WTW's Financial, Actuarial, and Analytics (FAA) function will be essential to design and implement analytic insights and dashboards for our clients. The Role Lead analytics engagements for a portfolio of small to medium clients and significantly contribute to projects for larger clients. Direct and manage various projects, including: Point solution evaluations and cohort analyses Key cost driver analyses Population health analytics Scorecard development Evaluation of data warehouse vendors based on client objectives. Work alongside Client Service Teams to effectively communicate analytics concepts and strategies that drive client action and enhance plan performance. Prepare and coach teams for client meetings, and co-present analytics findings. Guide junior team members on best practices in analytics strategies and tools. Develop and maintain strong relationships with employer and vendor contacts, enhancing WTW and Health & Benefits’ brand presence. Identify revenue growth opportunities through additional analytics services. Support new business initiatives, expansions, and cross-selling efforts. Conduct final quality reviews for all types of financial and actuarial deliverables. Assist the team in delivering client-centric strategies and outputs. This role may involve formal leadership responsibilities, such as managing people or leading teams on analytics projects. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in managing complex health and welfare plans in a consulting or brokerage environment, or equivalent consultative experience with a carrier or vendor. Detailed understanding of the analytics service catalog and advanced knowledge of measurement strategies, data analytics, and data warehouse solutions. Proven track record of managing and expanding large client relationships successfully. Ability to generate revenue effectively. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Flexibility in resolving issues and adapting to changing priorities. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple commitments simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with commercial data warehouse and/or carrier tools (e.g., Artemis, Cedar Gate, Cotiviti, Merative). Willingness to travel occasionally. Bachelor's degree required. State Life and Health license is required within 90 days of joining.
