The Bath Authority, a leader in acrylic bath systems, is expanding and looking to onboard talented installation contractors to help us grow in new markets. This role is performance-based, offering jobs year-round, based on your availability.
Potential Earnings: $150,000 - $300,000 per year
Responsibilities:
Efficiently remodel bathrooms within 1-2 days using your skills in carpentry, plumbing, and construction. Follow The Bath Authority's installation standards and procedures to ensure quality service. Maintain a professional demeanor with customers at all times. Respect clients' properties and ensure the work area is clean post-installation. Wear the company uniform and adhere to grooming standards while on the job. Educate customers on the functionality and maintenance of their new installations. Complete and submit all relevant paperwork and photos accurately. Manage inventory in your vehicle, ensuring you are equipped with necessary tools and materials. Qualifications:
Must possess general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Ownership of a truck and enclosed trailer for transporting products is required. At least 2 years of experience in carpentry, renovation, or related fields with strong measuring skills. Proficient in using essential tools for demolition and installation, including power tools. Must hold a valid driver's license (age 18+ with verifiable insurance). Basic plumbing knowledge is necessary for installations and troubleshooting. Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 100 pounds. Capable of reading and interpreting safety guidelines and procedure manuals. Strong reasoning skills to follow written and verbal instructions.
