A Day in the Life As a Senior Account Manager on the commercial insurance construction team, you will independently analyze client coverage, recommend needs, and introduce new lines of coverage. You will be a trusted resource, mentor, and leader for colleagues, maintaining strong relationships with clients and carrier representatives while supporting Producers and Account Executives on larger or complex accounts.
Our Future Colleague
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training
Five years of relevant insurance industry experience
Life and health insurance license
Strong client‑relation skills; excellent communication, service orientation, and tactfulness
Leadership skills: direction, constructive feedback, training, and motivation for team success
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Occasional travel, including overnight stays
Additional Qualifications (Not Required)
Advanced degree
Certification or designation
Experience with Requests for Proposal
