About the Role We’re seeking a motivated
Outside Sales Representative
with experience (or strong interest) in
commercial roofing
to develop new business and manage client relationships across an assigned territory. This is a boots-on-the-ground role for someone who understands job sites, timelines, and how to sell value—not just price.
What You’ll Do
Prospect and develop new commercial roofing opportunities (re-roofs, repairs, maintenance, and service contracts)
Meet with property managers, building owners, facility directors, and general contractors
Perform site visits and roof inspections (training provided if needed)
Prepare estimates and proposals in coordination with operations and production teams
Manage projects from initial contact through contract signing
Maintain long-term client relationships and generate repeat business
Track activity and pipeline using CRM tools
What We’re Looking For
Experience in commercial roofing, construction, or B2B outside sales preferred
Strong ability to build trust with decision-makers
Comfortable working independently in the field
Solid communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Basic construction knowledge or willingness to learn roofing systems
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
