We are looking for rockstar Enterprise SDRs to join an unmatched team. Drata is a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup; as a member of the SDR team, you will drive strategic outbound campaigns (email, phone, and social) to identify potential customers who would benefit from Drata’s solution. You will often be the first point of contact with the objective to set qualified meetings for Enterprise Account Executives. This role is located in the Bay Area and requires candidates to live in the region. What you’ll do

Strategically partner with enterprise account executives to break into prospective accounts and generate high‑quality outbound opportunities Research enterprise accounts, identify initiatives and key players to generate interest via cold discovery calls, email campaigns, and social selling Qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline; maintain high activity levels including outbound calls, emails, and social selling using tools such as Outreach Discover new leads through internet research and social media monitoring, using LinkedIn Navigator and ZoomInfo Listen to understand customer needs and communicate how Drata can solve their problems Meet or exceed weekly/monthly metrics (meetings, qualified opportunities, new contacts) Track customer interactions in our CRM (Salesforce) Conduct high-level conversations with C-Suite executives in prospect accounts Remain organized, optimistic, and coachable during change What you’ll bring

A Proven Track Record: 1-3 years in a sales development or inside sales role; SaaS experience is a plus.
