Job Description Sales Specialist

(senior living) As a Sales Specialist you will travel to communities within a specified geographic area. This particular area will include Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota & Illinois. You will generate high-volume recurring streams of new move-in revenue for assigned Brookdale communities experiencing non-exempt sales associate vacancies. Assignments will vary in length and may change with little notice.

Qualifications & Skills

We’d love to talk if you have the following:

Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience. Senior Living experience preferred A proven track record of generating and closing a high percentage of qualified leads Ability to effectively listen and communicate both verbally and in writing Must be self-directed, able to prioritize tasks as well as have the ability to accept directives Team player with industry knowledge and the ability to connect with families Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required Valid driver’s license Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft office suite, and electronic documentation
