We offer an exciting opportunity for a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist, where you will deliver high-quality, scalable solutions within the Marketing Cloud platform. You will collaborate with the marketing team and solution architects to optimize processes and enhance platform capabilities.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Administer, configure, and optimize the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
Design and implement comprehensive technical solutions using the Marketing Cloud suite of products.
Transform business and marketing requirements into effective technical solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders on CRM customizations and integrations to support Marketing Cloud solutions.
Develop custom solutions leveraging AMPscript, SSJS, and Guide Template Language for personalization and automation.
Create and enhance CloudPages, landing pages, forms, and microsites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AMPscript.
Write SQL queries for audience segmentation and ensure data model integrity.
Integrate Marketing Cloud with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
Maintain technical documentation and marketing automation processes.
Utilize Marketing Cloud reporting tools to monitor performance and generate insights.
Develop dashboards and reports for data-driven decision-making.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud features like Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
Proficiency in SSJS, AMPscript, and front-end development.
Experience with SQL and database technologies.
Understanding of integrations using REST and SOAP web services.
Skilled in data analytics and reporting within Marketing Cloud.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Adaptability and independence in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to high standards of ethics and conduct.
Experience Requirements:
Five years as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud administrator or developer.
Experience with Journey Builder, Content Builder, and Mobile Studio.
Three years implementing full life cycle projects in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Two years developing solutions with AMPscript.
Two years in Agile/SCRUM environments.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
Certifications Required:
Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant Certification
Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Engagement Administrator Certification
Work Environment:
General office environment; temperature controlled.
Up to 5% travel may be required.

For Colorado Applicants: The estimated hiring range for this position is between $90,316 - $112,896 annual base salary. This position may also be eligible for an annual performance incentive.
For Texas and Minnesota Applicants: The estimated hiring range is between $94,617 - $118,272 annual base salary, potentially eligible for performance incentives.
For Chicago, Los Angeles, San Diego, or Sacramento Applicants: The estimated hiring range is between $98,918 - $123,648 annual base salary, with eligibility for performance incentives.
For Washington D.C. Applicants: The estimated hiring range is between $103,219 - $129,024 annual base salary, with potential for performance incentives.
For New York Applicants: The estimated hiring range is between $107,520 - $134,400 annual base salary, also potentially eligible for performance incentives.
