Global Client Partner (Strategic Accounts) Pearson, a leader in global learning, is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Client Partner to oversee vital strategic client partnerships. In this pivotal role, you will become the driving force behind Pearson's most significant enterprise relationships, owning the client engagements from start to finish. You will establish multi-year account strategies, foster strong executive relationships, and enhance partnerships by leveraging Pearson's comprehensive offerings-from AI-driven learning solutions to holistic talent management services like assessments, certifications, and training. As a senior advisor to our client's global C-suite, you will lead diverse teams across various functions and regions to achieve measurable results, boosting revenue and creating long-term value. Pearson embraces a flexible working model and this position will be based in the US, allowing for frequent in-person interactions with Global Accounts. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a global account strategy that aligns Pearson's solutions with the client's business and talent transformation initiatives.

Lead the negotiation and closing of multi-million-dollar transformation deals across learning and talent development sectors.

Maximize opportunities for growth by expanding the use of Pearson's varied solution offerings, including AI-enhanced learning experiences and workforce analytics.

Create comprehensive, insight-driven territory and account plans with accurate forecasting.

Executive Engagement & Advisory Act as a trusted advisor to C-Level executives and senior leadership within the client organizations.

Communicate the transformative power of AI, skills intelligence, and emerging technologies on talent and organizational effectiveness.

Nurture top-tier relationships and manage escalations effectively with senior executives.

AI-, Data-, and Insights-Led Solutioning Utilize AI tools to craft tailored solutions that facilitate workforce transformation and enhance productivity.

Guide clients on the responsible implementation of AI in learning, credentialing, and talent mobility efforts.

Leverage labor market trends and technology insights to shape client strategies.

Leading Across a Matrixed Ecosystem Manage a global virtual account team across various functions, including product, delivery, and customer success.

Collaborate with hyperscalers and global partners to co-create and expand service delivery.

Engage both client and Pearson teams to streamline solution design and implementation processes.

Market Awareness & Thought Leadership Represent Pearson at major industry events and roundtables, showcasing thought leadership.

Stay informed on AI trends and emerging learning technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.

Provide valuable market feedback to product and strategy teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications 12+ years of experience in enterprise software, AI/ML, HR tech, EdTech, or consulting-driven transformation sales.

A proven track record of successfully closing multi-million-dollar enterprise agreements.

Expertise in applying AI for learning, skills enhancement, and workforce development.

Experience leading matrixed teams across diverse functions and regions.

Exceptional skills in account planning, forecasting, negotiation, and storytelling.

A collaborative and customer-focused approach with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Pearson's compensation is influenced by various factors, including skills, experience, and location. As required by law in specific states, the pay range for this position is $160,000 to $200,000. This role is eligible for a sales incentive plan, along with additional benefits outlined through our employment resources.
