About the Role
We are looking for a Finance Executive to play a crucial role in building and leading our financial operations to support rapid global growth. This hands-on, executive level position requires a proactive leader with a robust operational background who can excel in day-to-day execution while also guiding long-term strategy. You will have comprehensive oversight of all finance and accounting functions, including FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, tax, and compliance.
Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing scalable financial systems and processes, developing financial models, driving cost optimization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and profitability. Candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible finance experience and hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A background in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, or capital-intensive industries is essential, alongside strong capabilities in financial modeling and forecasting.
This role is tailored for a leader who thrives in a hands-on, high-accountability environment and has experience working with executives and investors. While not mandatory, an MBA or Master’s in Finance, experience in VC-backed or high-growth tech startups, and a background in investment banking or investor relations will be considered strong advantages. The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced Excel and data analysis skills, possess a deep understanding of financial concepts, and embody a proactive mindset.
