Capital Prime Lending, a fast-growing hard money lending firm in Miami, is looking for a motivated Junior Loan Processor to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and excited to grow within the lending and real estate finance space.
What You’ll Do
Assist in gathering and reviewing borrower documentation
Coordinate with borrowers, investors, and internal team members
Prepare files for underwriting and ensure accuracy of all information
Track timelines and follow up on outstanding conditions
Support the senior processing team with day-to-day workflow
What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of lending or real estate is a plus, but not required
Eager to learn, reliable, and proactive
