**Corporate Real Estate Analyst** **Role Overview** **Corporate Real Estate Analyst** to support the management and optimization of its global portfolio of office, R&D and sales sites. This role provides analytical, financial, and operational support to the Global Real Estate organization and partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective real estate operations worldwide. Analog Devices is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented **Key Responsibilities** Support day-to-day management of ADI’s global corporate real estate portfolio, including leases, renewals, amendments, and critical dates Ensure data integrity, documentation accuracy, and adherence to internal policies, controls, and governance requirements **Qualifications & Experience** Experience in corporate real estate, finance, facilities, or a related business function Strong analytical and financial skills with a high level of attention to detailAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with real estate, lease administration, or financial systems is a plusStrong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions, cultures, and geographiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment **Preferred Qualifications** Experience with lease administration, invoice processing, or transaction support Interest in corporate real estate strategy, workplace planning, or portfolio optimization * This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.* This position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, **holidays, and sick time**, and other benefits.Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
