Overview Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP is seeking a junior associate (class of 2023–2025) to join its top‑tier Real Estate Practice Group in the Washington, DC office.

The Washington DC Real Estate Practice Group—ranked in the highest tier by Chambers—focuses on representing leading developers, owners, users, and institutional clients throughout the Washington metropolitan region. The team handles sophisticated transactions, including development, equity and debt financing, acquisitions, dispositions, and complex leasing matters.

Qualifications

At least one year of experience with real estate development, financing, and/or leasing transactions.

Outstanding academic credentials and strong references.

Currently licensed, or currently eligible to become licensed, to practice law in Washington, DC.

Compensation Salary range: $225,000–$260,000, commensurate with experience.
