As a Retirement Solutions Consultant, you will work closely with clients, blending business acumen and technology expertise to help them navigate complex challenges. Key responsibilities include: Designing and implementing business changes to enhance specific industry operations and digital transformations, focusing on both people and processes.

Leading dynamic consulting projects with significant client interaction.

Assessing technology requirements by evaluating diverse solutions and selecting the best options tailored to client needs.

Collaborating with clients to develop high-performance solutions that advance their competitive position.

Understanding client objectives, devising impactful solutions, and successfully delivering technology initiatives.

Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in Financial Services with a focus on Retirement solutions.

3+ years of consulting or program management experience, demonstrating successful delivery on large-scale projects.

Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred attributes: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.

Proven problem-solving abilities with a mature judgment perspective.

Proficient in developing client relationships and managing client expectations.

A willingness to mentor junior staff.

Track record of contributing to business development initiatives.

Experience with both onshore and offshore teams.

Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills in various professional settings.
