This senior leadership position is crucial for driving business development, managing client engagement, and supporting the growth of our firm. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic thinking and operational expertise, capable of guiding transformation initiatives at the convergence of strategy and execution. Key responsibilities include: Acting as a strategist and operator in business development efforts. Leading cross-functional teams in managing client engagements effectively. Contributing to the firm's growth through innovation and operational excellence. The role requires a collaborative approach, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels, from frontline staff to executives. Candidates must demonstrate a proven background in management consulting or operations advisory with a minimum of 5 years in business development, client management, and engagement delivery. Additionally, candidates should have 5-10 years of leadership experience in relevant areas such as manufacturing operations, process engineering, quality assurance, supply chain management, or factory leadership. Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies, continuous improvement practices, and operational performance drivers is essential. The ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and foster long-term client relationships is vital. A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
