Job Summary: The Senior Director of Service Operations takes charge of strategic planning and directing operations management, safety, logistics, distribution, quality, and training across both U.S. and international locations. This role is crucial for driving U.S. Service revenue and enhancing service performance globally. Key Responsibilities: Lead global Service operations to optimize service levels, asset utilization, cost management, and business risk. Develop and execute strategic initiatives for U.S. and International Service operations in alignment with business goals. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in service operations and establish effective processes for adherence. Foster critical business relationships internally and externally, managing network inventory and third-party service organizations effectively. Continuously enhance operations by reducing costs, streamlining processes, and collaborating across departments. Drive sustainability efforts within Service Operations, with measurable objectives and alignment to corporate initiatives. Achieve operational and financial targets through strategic planning, performance reviews, and proactive management of resources. Oversee human resources functions, including recruiting, training, developing, and evaluating employees. Enhance job knowledge through ongoing educational opportunities and professional engagement. Qualifications: Degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain; an MBA is highly desirable. Over 15 years of relevant experience with a focus on strategy development, project management, and at least 7 years in leadership roles. Preferred Skills: A dynamic leader who inspires high performance, mentors teams, and exceeds organizational goals. Competence in strategy development, financial modeling, project management, and process improvement. Excellent negotiation and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Proven ability to communicate strategic visions and execute complex plans collaboratively. Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed. Physical Demands: Position requires a mix of standing, walking, lifting, and carrying, with frequent physical activity. Working Conditions: Exposure to various environmental conditions including occasional extreme cold/heat and noise.
