As the Associate Director, Strategic Solutions, you will play a pivotal role within our Sales team, focusing on identifying and securing new business opportunities through strategic, consultative sales activities that enhance both client satisfaction and loyalty. Your Responsibilities: Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive sales strategies. Drive growth through well-crafted business plans and strong relationship management, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Manage a robust pipeline of potential business leads and accounts. Collaborate effectively with senior leadership and functional teams. Conduct market research, forge relationships, and deliver impactful presentations and analyses. Support the marketing team in generating leads, refining messaging, and enhancing conference and prospect development initiatives. Utilize company resources, including marketing materials and regional trade shows, to optimize business outcomes. Maintain accountability for administrative duties, including CRM management and reporting. Develop and nurture key cross-functional relationships, particularly with senior leadership. Contribute to shaping sales strategy and ensuring streamlined sales processes. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of business development experience in B2B sales, preferably with a recognized eClinical technology provider or CRO. Comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors, including clinical trials and drug commercialization. Exemplary leadership skills to foster relationships and implement positive organizational change. History of achieving sales targets and delivering significant results. Proven ability to craft and execute successful sales strategies from conception through implementation. Experience with CRM platforms and keen on tracking opportunities and contacts. Strong industry awareness and the ability to translate trends into actionable strategies. Track record of developing relationships with mid-level and senior contacts. Ability to create compelling sales communications, presentations, and proposals. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. Skills & Competencies: Experience in cross-functional collaboration and interaction. Proficient problem-solving abilities with practical solutions.
