POSITION SUMMARY
The Digital Collaboration Specialist will be an expert in collaboration services, particularly focused on leveraging AI platforms to enhance productivity. This role will work closely with technology partners, vendors, product managers, and various internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and alignment with business objectives. You will help employees utilize AI to improve efficiency and creativity, blending technical knowledge with business insight to drive results. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical configuration, user training, change management, and continuous improvement based on feedback. This is a dynamic and self-driven role that will lead the operational and security enablement of AI services across the organization, ensuring a seamless experience for users and maintaining the performance of our AI-powered productivity tools. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement and continuously improve digital workplace technologies, particularly Microsoft 365 services and collaboration tools.
Oversee daily operations within the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Copilot Chat, handling user provisioning, license management, and service health monitoring.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to document and enhance Copilot use cases across departments, tracking adoption metrics and KPIs.
Maintain Copilot Studio agents and integrations with internal data sources, developing prompt libraries and role-specific templates to enhance user productivity.
Serve as the expert on Copilot capabilities, providing guidance and support to end users and managing a Center of Excellence to ensure access to the latest information.
Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance Copilot performance and resolve technical issues, while enforcing data protection policies.
Ensure adherence to enterprise security standards and regulatory requirements, upholding ethical standards in compliance with applicable laws.
Conduct enablement sessions and create best practices documentation for responsible AI usage, staying updated on Microsoft Copilot changes and AI trends.
Engage in troubleshooting high-priority incidents, providing IT support for escalated issues, and collaborating with delivery partners for prompt resolutions.
Stay informed about emerging technological trends, identifying opportunities for improvements, and contributing to the technology roadmap.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
8+ years of experience in IT operations or enterprise productivity platforms with a strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, prompt engineering, and Copilot Studio.
Experience with data protection and compliance frameworks.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with technical and non-technical teams.
Proven ability to adapt to rapid technological changes and maintain a passion for continuous learning.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify patterns and solutions across technologies.
Interpersonal skills that facilitate collaboration at senior levels across various business lines.
Detail-oriented and organized, effectively managing competing priorities.
Strong customer focus, prioritizing employee experience in service delivery.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of experience as a Digital Collaboration Engineer or Specialist, focusing on emerging technologies like AI/Copilot in mid to large-sized organizations.
Experience with continuous engineering or agile methods to navigate frequent changes.
Proficient in using automation for driving continuous improvement.
