Key Responsibilities
Lead and Manage the Onboarding Team:
Oversee a team of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and Construction Lending Advisors (CLA), ensuring they deliver outstanding onboarding experiences and execute our onboarding strategy effectively. Client Interface and Relationship Management:
Act as a senior liaison for key clients during onboarding, building strong relationships to meet their needs through customized solutions. Onboarding Process Design:
Develop and continuously refine the onboarding process to align with client needs, accelerating their time to value. Team Development and Training:
Mentor and train team members on best practices, product features, and client communication strategies, fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement. Metrics-Driven Success:
Define and track performance metrics, such as Time to Value, Annual Recurring Revenue onboarded, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and team utilization, to drive success. Cross-Functional Leadership:
Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to integrate the onboarding process within the broader client journey and advocate for necessary platform enhancements. Qualifications
Experience:
7+ years in the Commercial Real Estate Finance Industry. Project Management:
3+ years in FinTech or SaaS project management. Leadership:
Proven ability to manage and lead a team, particularly in client onboarding or similar roles. Interpersonal Skills:
Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Process Improvement:
Ability to drive improvements and adapt to changing client requirements. Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong aptitude for mentoring and guiding team members. Problem-Solving:
Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. The salary range for this position is $180,000-$225,000 USD per year, designed to accommodate growth within the role and is competitive within the market.
