As a Senior Director, you will lead the design and implementation of innovative health, welfare, and well-being benefits strategies that enhance employee engagement and retention. As the Senior Director of Health and Wellbeing Benefits, you will:
Develop and execute a comprehensive health, welfare, and well-being strategy, monitoring industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
Oversee program operations, including mental health and caregiver resources, managing vendor relationships and implementing initiatives that improve employee experiences with digital health solutions and preventive care.
Manage a multi-million-dollar benefits budget, ensuring cost optimization while maintaining quality; partner with Finance and Actuarial teams to analyze ROI for initiatives.
Ensure adherence to governance processes and compliance with regulations, providing guidance and policies related to plan administration.
Collaborate across the Talent & Culture organization to integrate well-being into the employee value proposition, serving as an advisor on health trends and workforce wellbeing.
Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on innovation and continuous improvement in benefits management.
Uphold KPMG’s standards of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A minimum of ten years of experience in benefits strategy and administration, with at least five years in a senior leadership role.
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
In-depth knowledge of US health and welfare strategies, regulations, and vendor landscapes, along with a track record of successful wellbeing initiatives.
Proven experience managing substantial budgets and complex vendor relationships.
Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills, along with a strategic mindset and a passion for employee wellbeing.
Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
